How to Get URN Number for CM Health Insurance Card
- Go to the official website and open the homepage.
- You saw an option called CMCHIS. If you have already enrolled in the Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme, click CMCHIS.
- After clicking the CMCHIS, you show a slot and enter the 22 digits of URN.
- Click the Enroll Now button, and you open a new page where you must select the family member and enter their Aadhaar and mobile numbers in the designated fields.
- After entering the Aadhar and mobile numbers, click the submit button. The user will receive an OTP in the given mobile number. Enter that OTP in the box provided. You will receive a message saying your Aadhar number was registered successfully.
- You will receive an Already Registered message if your Aadhar number is linked with URN.
